TV USSR was launched by the Soviet Russian government in Pikeland. Initially, it was bilingual English/Russian.

Color first broke into Pikelandic television in 1951, and TV USSR had introduced a modified colorization logo.

In 1964, after Pikeland's independence, TV USSR Pikeland was privatized as Bulletin Television, and the TV USSR network was split into English-language BT1 and Russian-language BT2.
